Hunting In Montana 2007 and 2008
This is a “coulee”. A low area created by water drainage. A great place to find birds. In winter, one of a few places with enough cover to protect birds from the elements and predators.

We got into some snow this trip. It added an opportunity to hunt birds on a white Montana landscape.
